First Porsche engine pull

I've pulled other engines, mainly VW air cooled ones but this is my first Porsche engine pull. Took me 4 1/2 hours to do it by myself. Now I'll spend the whole winter fixing all the stuff and cleaning it up. And the mandatory pic:

Congratulations! I just finished that task on mine. Now your only hard task is deciding when "enough is enough" ;-)

Well, I've got it down to the case. Looked at the turbo and as I suspected, it's bad. You can see the side to side movement, maybe 1/16". The backside of the intake valves look pretty good, better than I expected, hardly any deposits. I found the source of all of my leaks, the typical locations. I also found several vacuum leaks, injector blocks were loose, a couple were finger tight. Loose hoses, too.
