Late/euro heat exchangers on a 79

HI ,

I have a 1979 930 and since I live in California I need to go through this smog-inspection-hell every two years. Right now the car has GLH headers though great, these will not pass the visual.

I picked up a set of later or euro style heat exchangers and j-pipe but the heat tube on the right side interferes with the oil hard line from the oil reservoir to the block.

Has anyone done this? Can I use an oil line from a regular 911SC or do I need to source an oil line from a 89 or euro 930?

Thanks
Oskar

You need the oil line that goes around the front of the engine. I believe the SC/Carrera lines will work, compare the part numbers and pictures to verify this.
