Best of luck, Jim! Glad to see the folkers didn't kill your spirit; when one crappy double wide trailer door slams shut, a well made custom door opens! I once read that in a fortune cookie!

Hey John, great to hear the clutch worked out, by the way my car is still at Speedwerks, I can't drive it anyway since I shattered my tibia at Daytona.

My wife and I were in Hawaii last May. We had a good time doing all the stupid tourist stuff.

How far is it from HI to VIR?

I'm in Charleston, SC. The market has been bombing here for well over a year. I used to live in Charlotte until 8 years ago, when I got transferred here. I'd like to go back to Charlotte or to the Raleigh-Durham area, but I'm going to see how it works with my bro.

A lot of planned commercial developments are going up as well. I plan on dabbling in some of that field next year.

Its a great place to be, real estate wise, right now. Pretty sure we are still the #1 place to sell a home in North America (as per Forbes, a month or so back)

Well let me know if you head up this way. I could set you up with some land in a good area, and help get you started. Or if you just want to get your feet wet, the rehab market is doing really well right now. The high quality of houses on the foreclosure market at this time just blows me away.

good luck with the new venture down in SC. Charleston is a fun city.

Micah, I like your avatar. Did you fly the phantom? My dad flew the phantom in SEA 497th TFS Night Owls Ubon thailand 1967. He has a very tacky velvet painting in the basement with the phantom guy complete with middle digit, it is hilarious!
