I milled the tops off the aluminum lugs nuts, like the photo. I have a couple sets of wheels with different offsets so it works for me. These are available from Rebel Racing.

Miguel, will you share specifics of your wheels with us please?
Offset, backspace, spacers yes/no?

Just wanted to add some info, I run Lindsey rims with the following:

8 x 17 Fuchs Center Wheel, polished rim with semi gloss black center. 5.5" backspace
11 x 17 Fuchs Center Wheel, polished rim with semi gloss black center. 6.5" backspace
245 on front and 315 in rear. Toyo R888

You will need a 6mm spacer on the rear with this setup. I still get a little rub on brake caliber; a 7mm would be better.

I had aluminum lugnuts ( the tall ones) , but some showed cracks and thread ware. I went with steel open lugnuts. I believe the previous owner cut the studs for whatever rims they had.
