Blow off valve repair

When I accelerate I hear a click of metal on metal, same when off throttle is there a b.o.v. rubber seal failure ? Where is the b.o.v. It must be near the I.C. because that is where the sound comes from.

Steve, my boy Jimmy K has the C2 mass air elbo with the updated recirc opening if you are interested in ever updating your inter cooler. Its just one of those last minute "Oh $hit, I need that" parts nessescary for aftermarket inter cooler installation.
