Blown Fuchs?
I saw these on Ebay from Blown six. Have you Pelicanites seen these?
I wonder what 11.5 wide would look like on the back of my 930...Interesting.. I like Fuchs and would like to replace my rear 9" with a Lindsey type wheel but with a more traditional single step in the hub. They are listed on ebay now under "Porsche Fuchs" I didn't copy the URL...Sorry Bob ![]()

Do send me a picture, I'd like to see how it turned out.
That wheel might be a Jeff Alton prototype. I know Jeff is working on 17" and 18" Fuchs. Odd stuff shows up on e-Bay.

Brian,
How does that relate to Blownsix Design selling them? Seems odd, nothing about Fuchs on the B6 website???? Is Jeff Alton somehow associated with Michael? Bob

I retail Michael's products. That is the extent of our business relationship. I have known him for many years. He had spoken with me a while ago about having me make the centers for his wheels. We never worked out a deal. My project is completely seperate from the ones pictured here. They share no design work and no parts.
Cheers

Understood your humor. Those wheels pictured somehow remind me of the Ronal Bear. I'm hoping that's not what you have in mind, either.

Yes, the initial run will be priced at or just under the cost of a set of lindseys.
Cheers

Nothing Like some good ol American competition..
Jeff, I would be interested in purchasing some wider than 9" fuch type wheels for my rear. Can you give us a hint of what your wheels will look like...I know you have something (unless it is top secret at this point in time). Lindsey's have 2 steps in there hubs which I don't care for. I always ran Centerlines on my VW street bugs years back and like the fastener/rivet thing. I like the Fuchs and rivet/bolt retro look that Lindsey provides. Just a peek? Bob

Mine will have hidden fasteners so you will not see the bolts. But here is the cad rendering of what the centers will look like. But I guess if you wanted a one where you could see the fasteners we could do that too.
17 inch.... ![]() 18 inch..... ![]() Cheers

Jeff,
How wide? Would it possible to machine the 17 inch configuration to a 18 in ID flange diameter leaving the delta .5 inch for screws/rivets? RSR's had larger diameter wheels in back anyway...I think????? Very nice! Bob

Yes, that is easy to do.
How wide do you want? We will be able to make them any width. But, this won't be part of the first run of product. Once that is done I can work on doing the custom stuff. Cheers
