315/35 x17 BFG KD on eb...

I just bought those BF Goodrich 315/35x17 KD tires
for my 930 11" rears.

The price seems very good:

I bought them 2 pairs, but they don't want to ship them to me in FRANCE;....and they wrote on the 1st annonce they puted on Ebay....."ship Worldwide".....

Following this, I can see that they corrected it......that's not serious and not fairplay...they are not assuming what they are offering......

So, I'm still looking for 315/35ZR17........

Oh, too bad, that I didnt know before!
I get them shipped to here with a set of front 245/40x17 KDs
via a friend who brings containers to Germany often.

If you want I can check if we have the option to add another set.
Shipping to France should be not to expensive from here.

Yeeeeeessssss....thanks very much Falk....yes, I'm interested in geting 2 sets of 315/35ZR17 and 1 set of 245/45/17 as they are on Ebay....

That would be great if you can do something for that, that'll help me a lot......

Falk....I think 245/45 is better.....


245 * 45% = 110.25

315 * 35% = 110,25

So front and rear wheels will have the same diameter.....

Or do you want to have front wheels shorter than rears'.....?

I did the same math, the 245/40s have 98mm height,
in fact ~12mm less.
but will that make any big difference?

Was thinking about corner balancing, if I am correct,
10mm less tire height on front will allow you to have more
weight on the front without rising the car cosmeticly to much.

Maybe the experts here can give their idea about this?

Front wheels will rev more...so, what about braking....?....

Quite close to the same / the same is what you want.

Sidewall height *feels* different F to R, and it just plain looks silly if they aren't the same or very, very close.
