Question on emission testing in PA
 
I maybe moving to Pittsburgh in the next year. Can anyone tell me what the requirements might be for emission testing. I have an '86 930, no cat. converter or air pump. I drive less than 2K miles annually.

No emissions testing if you put less than 5000 miles on per year.
