Header Gasket Question..
 

I just got a set of headers for my 91 Turbo..i won't say which ones :)
Anyway, I ordered a set of header gaskets from Pelican for the 930's as they are full metal gaskets...Dont laugh...which side makes contact w/ the exhaust port? One side is just plain metal and the other has a metal "ring" built into it.

Also, I thought I heard somewhere that it's better (at least on my car..1991) to use both gaskets simultaneously...I have the ring type gaskets.
PS: If I do use both....which gasket makes contact w/ the exhaust port first?
