1979 porsche 930
I have a '79 930 in Minerva Blue over black I need to sell for a friend. Car has been sitting on blocks 4 years. Very straight body. No rust Texas car. Highly modified twin turbo work done by Bob Norwood of Norwood Performance in Dallas. Car appears to have a burnt piston or dropped valve. Turns over freely. Zero compression in #4. Two rebuilt turbos sit in the car never having been re-installed. I've got many receipts and Dyno sheets showing 550+ hp that I can e-mail. Check out pics:

Sorry, I had incorrect link to photos. Am I out of line at 13K for a rust free Texas car with some engine issues?

With a modded engine (that looks rough) in need of a rebuild, that cost alone is going to be anywhere from $10-15k. Add the trans, misc items, a respray history....
While on the surface, it might appear to be priced right, but to anyone who know these cars, with money needed to make it a good daily driver, they could buy a nicer one right off the bat. My .02 |
