New Dual Outlet Muffler Design - Assembly Pix

We just finished a polished dual outlet muffler for a customer so I thought this would be a good opportunity to show you'all how these things go together and how adjustable they are.

Components:



Muffler bracket relocation:



Muffler component install:



180* Pipe:



Spacer/Locator:



Driver's Side Tailpipe:



Passenger's Side Tailpipe:



Adjusted and tightened up:



Add the muffler strap:



Replace the valance and you're all done!

Now if I put that system on my car, would I get the whole Hooters female staff members to gather around me?

Oh I got big pipe for them...
I just fabbed up the setup on my car, it was a pain but it came out pretty nice. I'm just going to polish the exhaust tip on the passenger side (muffler outlet) and do the same with the waste gate dump tube (drivers side tip)- my goal is to make it look as stock as possible save for the fact that the waste gate is right below the bumper line and is very shinny
