Favorite mod over the winter?

So what was your favorite mod you did to your 930 over the winter??

Mine was an optima battery closely followed by boost gauge in lieu of clock.

My Mods

Here we go,

1) Powder-coated calipers & Waste gate
2) K27S
3) B6 IC
4) GSF Headers
5) Rebuilt Pedal Cluster
6) Boost Gage in clock hole (like yours, but factory look)
7) Upgraded stereo and speakers
8) Short Shift Kit
9) RH-Wheels (3.6 Turbo look-a-likes) 8.5/10 x 18
10 ) Intermediate Shaft seal & Front outer nose bearing seal (this was done at the shop)

That about sums it up. And all of these were done after January 1st this year. I've been a busy.

Here's what I've done:

-Boost gauge in lieu of clock
-GHL headers w/heat
-RarlyL8 center outlet exhaust w/934 wastegate pipe
-WEVO shifter
-Kokeln Intercooler
-lowered car
-Cambermeister strut brace
-valve adjustment

...but the favorite one will probably be Lindsey 9's and 11's- I've been waiting to get them and they should arrive shortly.

Ok- now I'm broke- glad winter is over because I can't seem to keep my hands off that car! I seem to compensate for not being able to drive it by buying new farkles!

It all sort of runs togther for me, and I'd have to refer back to my receipt folder for dates, but I think my K27HFS turbo (swapped out my K27) and my factory 965 intercooler (switched out my B&B) were all done over the winter. Beyond that, I'm just enjoying basic/routine maintenence and no drama...

It is amazing how many hot-dogs you can buy at Cosco for only $10. It would be nice to have some chips and a Pepsi. Maybe after payday I'll treat myself.

Oh, and the calipers were also rebuilt, backdated the oil lines, re-packed cv joints (the shop did this).

Here is a pic.

I owe huge thank you to cl8ton (Rod) for helping me on installing all of my upgrades and being the third and fourth hand as I often needed them.

I owe another huge Thank you to turbobrat930 (my brother) for powder-coating and rebuilding the calipers and the waste-gate.

I did-
1-Yanked 3.2 plenum, de-burred and de-badged it and had it powde rcoated.
2- Relocated my wastegate and replaced the stock style Tial with a V-Band 44 (flows more than the 46!)
3- Changed the back housing on the turbo to a .81 A/R hotside
4- installed new plastic spacers for plenum
5- welded up ports in the back of the plenum (the ones I tapped) and made a vacuum/boost manifold.
5-relocated my Fuel pressure regulator
6- took the boxes off of my B&B headers (no heat)
7- Ran -10 AN fuel feed line and -8 AN return line.
8- moved fuel pump
9 Sparco evo race seats
10- harness bar
11- 993 quarter window seals (so proud of it)

The advantages are that you get rid of the metal trim and it also places the window flush with the body which in turn cuts down the wind noise. I cant tell you how much I hated the old style seals- I am now inclined to have my front and rear windshield break (I mean...they were already like that) so the insurance company can get me the 993 versions.
