Beautiful day to take a ride!!!!

We left the Central Valley floor (sea level) and went up to 6,500 elevation to Sequoia National Park, Kings Canyon and Squaw Valley.

I included some pics of the journey. Car ran great all the way. First 2-hour trip of the year.

Enjoy!

Bryan

Amazing road!! Nice old school "OH WHAT A FEELING" Toyota jump.

Are those RH 3.6 wheels???? I am looking at swapping out my Fuchs for a set. If so what width and tire size are you running???
How do you like them
Thanks

RH for sure

Yep, those babies are RH 3.6 Turbo wheels. 18x10/8.5. Running BF Goodrich 285/30 and 245/35.

I sold the fuchs. I can appreciate the Fuch look, but always wanted the 3.6 wheels and I like RH better because they have the correct offset for the 930 instead of the C2 offset.

Here is a close-up.

Nice pics Bryan! Wished I was there...
I was 20 miles South of you launching the boat and getting it to home port

Bryan was at my house Sat, boat in the middle of the driveway, Ragga music cranked with me and him sitting in the boat having a beer
Neighbors expect nothing less from me!

Here is a shot from the deck taken Sunday...4000k Elevation 80deg!

Great looking car.

I know, and have read up on turbochargers doing a good job to minimize the loss of power due to altitude, but I was just wondering if you could tell a difference.

Since I am at 5,500 feet pretty steady, and never sea level, I am just curious.

Rod,

The lake filled in nicely. Is it higher than last year after the good winter snowfall?

I can't wait to be slinging back the bre-haus and catching some sunshine.

Glad to see the launch went well. At least it's not in your driveway anymore.

Bill

Yes, the turbo did seem to be a little lighter on the power but I was also climbing the entire time so it may just be that I wasn't on a flat surface and the car was working harder.

On the way down I gassed it a few times and it seemed fast, but that may be do to the other reason???

Not sure this helped. Overall, not much difference.
