Simple MSD box mount

Simple MSD box mount for aftermarket air cleaner 930. Simple Saturday project. .050" aluminum cut and bent to conform to premade cardboard pattern. You will need shear and brake (Cheap Chinese/Harbor Freight model will do - and be handy for future projects). Easy to make. I ruined the first one (Measure twice cut once) but this second came out reasonably well. EPS - Tucsonhttp://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1213229340.jpg

That's a nice looking bracket. Where did you get .050 alum from? What grade is it?

3003

Just scrap 3003. Any local metal supply house or even eBay. I'll send you a pattern if you want.

Does it not need to be mounted with some kind of anti vibration feature?

Looks nice.

ok

Use ANTI-VIBRATION INSERTS under MSD box if desired.
See the Queen yet? I have not heard from her as you promised.

Yes, please do send me a pattern. Thanks! I do not own a 930 yet but will one day sooner or later and may install MSD.

I'll send you a PM for my home address. Again, thank you.
