Car running rich

Hey Guys I have my car in the shop trying to figure out why it runs rich under boost. It was not a simple adjust of the 3mm allen screw as I hoped. Right now all the cis gauge pressures look with in spec. Everything appears to be functioning normal but my afr is 10 under wot. Has anyone else had a problem like this before?

I had a similar problem, after verifying WUR and fuel system was OK, turned out was just a bad ignition coil, plug wires and distributor. No issues after that, before my problems were similar but more intermitant, hope you get it working again.
