Thanks Brian. Will do! You def. nailed the sound. When I picture a badarse sound 930 - this is what is in me head. My buddy rip'd it up the road for me. I was giggling like a schoolgirl.

I came through a backroad tunnel yest. in 2nd and gun'd it, then decel'd up the road @ ~ 45... and note house on right has not one not two but THREE STATIES *standing* on the guy's front porch - D'OH! I go by poppity popopopopopopopop, cringing. Few miles from me house to boot, and the barracks is just up the road - yeah they've got my number fersure - HA!

Les, I am seeing the higher boost under full load, and note it spikes to 1.02 at times for a millisecond RIGHT when I lift. Thanks.

Boost spikes after a sudden throttle lift is indicative of the boost sensor being located above the throttle plate and a result of a faulty or slow BOV.
If so these spikes are not being seen by the engine but can cause problems with seals and also hits from the overboost switch.

You can stop the pop pop pop instantly by simply pushing in the clutch. Excessive popping is also an indicator of a bad BOV.
