Euro or US Fuel Head?

Need help identifying a fuel head.
í79 3.3 liter
Bosch P/N 0-438-100-037
Paint color is dull black
Iíve read on this forum black = Euro but want to be sure

My 1979 Euro 3.3 fuel head is black and part# 438-120-085

My 79 Euro 3.3 has the same P/N but is NOT black ( might have been re-built?)

78/9 fuel heads are the same - all Euro spec (no Lambda). US spec did not start until 1986.
