Oil on exhaust valves???????????

So I swapped out my headers and while I was inspecting everything I noticed a couple of my exhaust valves had a light shiny film of oil on them, does that mean those guides are worn? The top end was freshened up 6000 miles ago!!

Probably some blow by on the turbo seals and just sitting on the valves. I have noticed that as well on mine and my guides are in great shape with 3k on them
