Is this the legendary Juan Ruiz's car pulling a wheelstand?

Stumbled accross this vid and was just curious if it was Juan's car.
http://videos.streetfire.net/video/old-school-porsche-pulls_29028.htm
Pretty insane, as i have never seen any 930 that needed wheelie bars.

He over-rotated and lifted TWICE, then short-shifted to 2nd and still trapped 141. That's sick. I'm sure 4-digit HP is not an inappropriate guess. Garlits would be proud. Some launch technique from Ricky Gadson would put that into the 9s!

I've seen that car before, don't know who it belongs to. Juan's was a 911 Carrera (narrow body).

Not a drag per se, but a cool vid of last years Texas mile showing Bello going 219mph, at which speed his sunroof and other stuff blows off (this was the 1000 or so hp boost, not the 1200). Some other watercooled turbos as well.

Yea ,that was a nice run. I was there this year and had a chance to talk to him for a good while, and see him run 228 and change. Was a good event. He said he was going to put the car back on drag strip and try to run some 8 sec 1/4 mile et. Just wondering if anyone had seen him at any drag events since. Everyone that has a chance should come to texas and see the Texas Mile. You won't be sorry you made the trip. I think they will run again in Oct., I beleive.

That was a nice trap. With some wheelie bars its a 9 sec car easily.
