High Idle on turbo conversion

Need some help.
I have converted my 3.0 to a oem turbo and cant get it to idle down any where close to 1 grand.
I bought a oem 930 take off and have had it installed by my local Porsche mechanic and he cant get it to idle right.
Any thoughts?
Aside from finding a new mechanic.......

It's fairy simple: as long as it's tight after throttle, idle goes down.

So you have a leak either across the throttle or after the throttle. Cracked phenolic intake stacks are common, as are leaky intake/head gaskets. Big brass throttle bypass valve can be removed and hoses plugged.

Pressurize whole system with shop air and check for leaks. Use max 1.0 bar.

I second that.......make sure the AAR is actually being heated with electricity. Otherwise it will not close down the internal bypass valve.

The aar valve is said to be good.
My mechanic say it needs further tweaking in the fuel injection sys to make it right.
Thoughts?
