Porsche Crest Work In Progress....

Hello Everyone,

I'm new to this forum. I just wanted you guys to see my ride. Let me know what you think. Engine was built by Junior Parmanan at Paddock Motorsport, New York. It's a 3.4L with a K29 turbo. I'll post pics of the engine soon. Thanks.

Pretty cool looking. Are you in NY or Orlando? Is the car in Orlando? You will have to come to one of our local events... after you put front calipers on it of course

Thanks for the compliment. The car is being worked on in NY. I'm located in Orlando. My friends at Paddock Motorsport should be done by my birthday in September. I'll make sure that I put the big reds back on it before I take it for a spin.

Interesting!

So it's a straight K29 - no K27 hybrid side to it? (What cams does it have to manage the lag?)

Have you had a chance yet to access its performance? (I'm always interested to know what performance tweaks will yield from people a lot further down the road than I am - and a RUF is a pretty good place to start )

3.4 would spool up a k29 pretty fast. There is THAT much difference in wheels.

Nice looking combination of parts you have there though.

Yes, it's a K29 hybrid. Spools like a K27 with the push of a K29. I have SC cams installed in the 3.4 motor. Can't wait to see what it does on the dyno. I'm hoping for at least 380RWHP.

Nice car. Just curious- what is the back panel for behind the seats with the oval grill? Is it for some sort of speaker system?

Thanks man. I'm trying to get her done. That box has (2) 8 inch subwoofers for the stereo system. I wanted some bass but without a lot of extra weight.
