I've looked at the PET diagrams and have come up with the following part numbers:
930 110 379 00 - this is the black colored outer seal between the turbo up pipe and the IC. 999 701 469 40 - PET says there are three of these. One for sure goes on the IC on the inlet side in the groove. I think its also the same for the groove on the outlet side. What is the 3rd one for? On my car there is a 2nd seal on the outlet side of the IC that looks to be larger than the one that fits in the groove (which is presumably 999 701 469 40). Is there another part number that I missing here or should this be the 3rd 999 701 469 40 seal? Any info is appreciated.

When I replaced intercooler seals several years ago when I replaced my intercooler, I used three of the 999 701 469 40 seals just like you indicated, one for inlet and outlet groove and one for above the outlet groove. Now, when I remove the intercooler and clean the seals, it is easy to pick out which seal goes above the intercooler outlet as it is now larger than the other two seals. I am not sure it is correct but I do not see any other seal listed to use.
