Sad video, but very cool that you're taking it all with a smile, i guess there is no point being angry, it doesn't help..... Nice work with knife edging the crank, seams you are going the whole hog. What other goodies lie in store? Cross drilling? Are you going to boat tail and shuffle pin the new crank-case?

What bolts do the Pauter rods use? ARP? Make sure you follow the installing instructions to the letter, the correct stretch procedure etc for the bolts. At least you'll have a bomb proof bottom end now

Thanks Jonathan, I think that the rod bolts wich are delivered with the Pauters' rods are maufactured by ARP.....they look like the ARP....anyway, they look much more stronger than stock ones and they are bigger....


I'm sure that the new profile of the crankshaft will help for high revs and the "weightwshers" cure too.....








Humm, yes....somme other goodies lying on the shelf.....wait and see.....
