You can find out how many turbos were buil that year. Finding out how many were built without a sunroof will prove to be impossible.

1976

I have also wondered how the 930 production breaks down for 1976.

Thanks,
Paul

I have a 1978 ROW car, #211, without a sunroof. Love having no sunroof! It makes the car more purposeful. Someone else may know more, but my sense is that US cars without a sunroof are quite rare and may have required a "delete" option. For ROW cars, I think it was the opposite -- sunroofs were an option and not everybody purchased them. But I've only seen one other 930 without a sunroof. Here's mine:

I have a 78 #403. Comes w/sunroof, which i do use frequently. They can be a real pain to fix though...i had to replace my 30 yr old plastic guides that broke with a new meta set from pelican.
I have seen only a handful of sunroof delete's in the US.

onboost,

Thanks, I'm really enjoying my 930, should have bought one a long time ago. Lots of projects to do, paint the IROC bumpers body color and get some Fuchs on the car among others.

No sunroof here. Sorry, no pics on this computer.

Just like below but a little more "worn" looking.

What were the production numbers for 79 models?
----- I know they stopped sending them here in 79 making them "last year" cars of a sort.

Thanks,
