935 with 2.7 on evilbay

Do you believe this ... the description is classic ... "HAS A 935 BODY, 935'S ARE RACE ONLY PORCHES THAT ARE NOT STREET LEGAL, THIS IS THE ONLY 935 BODY THAT IS ROAD LEGAL"
http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ULTRA-RARE-PORSCHE-911-SLANTNOSE-TARGA-WIDEBODY-SWAP_W0QQitemZ160281242560QQihZ006QQcategoryZ35227 QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
Who would actually bid on this? Let alone be seen driving it!! It was at $13,000 when I last looked (that's Australian dollars, or USD10,000).
Still, I guess the major parts are worth this much.
Bill

Anyone that doesn't have the wherewithal to properly spell 'Porsche' as a 'Porche' is douchebag anyway.

Although,, that back end is very rice.

935? What part of it looks like a 935?

How did he get that Firebird rear spoiler grafted on there?

Poor car, I don't think it knows it's a Sunbird...

Must be owned by a "right to lifer", just couldn't risk their soul on an Abortion...

At least he did it to a targa- imagine how awful it would be if he did that to a non-sunroof car?

At least its LHD. That probably means that some misguided US redneck did this, not an Aussie!
Mind you, why would anyone import this into Oz!?
Then again, you gotta wonder why anyone would do this to a "Porche" in Oz or US.
Still as 930gt-40r says, at least it was a targa!

You guys are crazy.

This is the nicest, cleanest 935 I have ever seen.

Why most of the pictures I see of 935s are dirty cars at the race track with the tail pipe on fire. What is it that causes these cars to catch on fire all the time?

Anyway, I am buying it.

So long suckas.

I have it on Good authority that he is holding back the "requisite" Gold Plated 24" Wagon Wheel spinner rims that were Original to that vee-hick'l. Probably to sell them in a separate auction. I'd make sure he includes them for originality. If you go to sell it later, you'll take a serious Price hit for aftermarket Rims my friend.

Jus' lettin' ya kno the 411, bein' as it's so rare and such, I figured you might not know that!!

I know! And what about all those stupid stickers they stick on them too? I think they do that to cover all the dents and scratches. That car looks awesome! I really hate my stupid frog eye looking headlights...

Its KITT's gay brother!!!!! But I think even a gay targa would have better fashion sense than to rock those mirrors and rear spoiler...
