Looks like chicken turds stuck to the frame...
Unclean welding surface and no current it would cause those.

Chads work is phenomenal. Nice and clean DA sanded tubes ready for paint Most of my cages are pretty too, but get whooped quick(rally TSD, crazy cannucks!!)

Is that 4130 or did he just use cleaned mild DOM?

Yes you are right Adam no sheilding gas, I should have seen that...

Is there a clear-coat that you could put over the the roll cage? It would just seem like a sin to paint over it- its too purty.

The increase in rigidity is incredible - my 930 has a full cage and it is stiff as John Holmes' ****.
