Thanks for the link to Turbo International. From their drawing, it looks like the turbine wheel and the shaft come as one part. I will call them in the morning.

This is gonna be more painful ($$$) than I thought...

Correct, that is how all automotive and commercial turbochargers are configured(one piece turbine+shaft). Large G-frame stuff(marine, locomotive) and gas turbine engines have separate turbine rotors and shafts
