I hope you aren't staying up all night waiting, ha!

Can't tell much just yet. Will likely get comments when the waste gates are located and the pipe is test fitted to a set of exchangers. That will look impressive!

I stopped by the dyno shop yesterday and made arrangements to log boost on the runs scheduled. Should tell a good tale ...

Pipes look great, Ben! And offering the heat kit will be important I think. That is one aspect that I was not looking forward to hacking a fix for on my own.

I am waiting to see how the dyno curves look, before I decide to pull the trigger.

I also need to be able to bolt on the cat every 2 years, so having that capability will be good.

Nice work!

Ben, It looks great.

Using reliable 993 HD's with there solid collector design and you cross over keeps the volume down to a minimum. They should work great.

Might show better on your mock up motor with the turbo. It may not be easy for some to visualize it setting at those angles.

I am wondering if you can do a twin scroll with that design?

Keep up the good work.

Yes still can do a twin scroll. but too sure that will help with our engines. the twin wastegates though will help with hi flow turbos to bleed presure faster

Ok after thinking about layout of the wastegates I wanted to keep the flange point to be the wastegate point as well or as close as possible but also angled so the bolts are easy to get as we all know how much fun it is to get the bolts on the 993 Heat exchangers the braket looks like I may need to produce a complete new one as an option for folks with k-27' or gt30/35 but thats really not a big deal. here are the stubs for the wastegate pipes just tacked in more pictures tuesday

1 slip will be clamped but there should be no leaks. the oval is produced the old fasion way we exanp the tubing then compress it with a small press to oval it out, we do the same thing on our premufflers for sc/carreras

Ok I think we have a final product here. Here it is mounted on the engine with the wastegates. This will work on all 930's and conversion cars and 965's with a small mod. I may shorten up the wastegate path on the driverside to closer hug the Heat exchangers but otherwise we are ready.

Thanks I think I will make my price point. the first 5 units were cheaper as it was a way of getting the project started but units ordered from now on are not bad either. Still I think a good value because of the use of the stock heat exchangers and the exansion slip joints. Now for some dyno work from some of the 1st 5 buyers. I will be updating my website with good pictures and costing shortly

I also take it you're doing a special deal on the dual TiAL wastegates Ben?

So what turbo is this set up for, twin vane only?

I got's to get this, it's awesome!

Maybe down the line you could also make a rear mount twin set up using these exchangers...

As often the case with good engineering...looks too simple! Nice execution of concept.

Man, I'd buy a set. Perfect execution, great design.
Slip joint here as you did is a must; anyone who says differently is kidding themselves.

No need to use a twin scroll as these are not complelty volute systems so a gt30-35 or any KKK turbo would work.

The tial wastegates are brand new release from tial they are 38mm v band models costing about $225 each so a good value when you consider waht the 46 unit goes for.

Thanks for the kind words everybody I lost a fair amount of sleep on these and hope everybody likes them and hope to sell a few units. once I deliver the first round I will start hoarding 993 HE so get yours now if you are going that route
