i wish!!!! i'd love to use your setup.... dual waste-gates, big turbo operating at a really high efficiency (lower boost)... would be too much fun... add in reliability/durability AND functional heat... oh my.

The welding is not yet complete, something about customer's coming first ...
What is left to do are flipping the 993 flanges and welding on the SSI waste gate tubes. Should have it all back soon.

Ben,

How would you rate or guesstimate the throughput (flow, lack of resistance, and ability to make power) of the 993 H/E's versus headers?

I have twin turbo equal length headers and I'm curious how they would compare to those pictured above.

Oh, and you're right, my oil tank is modified to allow for the other turbo.

Thanks,

Glenn

Any results or pictures with this set up as of yet?

Also did you use the dual wastegate setup on the later 3.3(965) and does one wastegate mate up where the existing original wastegate/tail pipe did keeping the same stock location for tail pipe in bumper and the other side wastegate just dump towards the ground??

Also is this set up for the Bischoff 993 heat exchangers and not the gillet style as i believe they may differ if correct?

I have one set. Installation isn't complete yet as I'm still waiting for the r/h heat exchanger to be modded. My plan is to have both w/g's dump toward the road in an effort to balance both w/g's. The left hand tailpipe will be a dummy pipe.
The system is for Bishoffs only.

Ok, finally got my system on and dialed up to 1 bar.
All I can say is OMG
Boost onset is at 2500 rpm, which kills the sluggish off boost performance of the stock system.
Going up to 1 bar, however, made my car a lot faster than I remember it being at 1 bar with the stock system (think the Millennium Falcon going to hyperspace).
This system also saves 35 lb off the stock exhaust.
I'll take pictures this weekend when I get to my friend's lift.
Looks like Ben has another satisfied customer

35 lbs, nice.

Is that headers, cat, and muffler? Or just the C2Turbo heat exchangers to the 993HE's?

That's heat exchangers, j pipe, oil drip tank and stock wastegate. I didn't even add in the stainless air handling tubing between the blower motors and the heat exchangers.

Paul,

Is that boost onset at 2500 or did you mean full boost?

Did you change the turbo and or muffler at the same time?

Which turbo are you running?

Good question. I don't recall what he said though he said it spooled approx 600 rpm Sooner. with no change to turbo or exhaust after the turbo from before
