Looks to be a special wishes car, no front fender louvers, I suppose some of the SW cars didn't have those.

The Pic.(sweet car) I posted was just a reference what the car looked like, minus the paint...

From 20 ft away(observation) and getting closer and closer it was harder to handle body (paint) front spoiler chips..etc..etc.

Having no garage and leaving it in the elements for x amount of years takes it toll.

I have a set of slats I am not going to use.
I'll post pictures this weekend if I can remember.

Finally started making mine. I made this set out of Poplar. I have been contemplating Carbon Fiber, still dwelling. Let me tell you, the time it takes to make each piece fit exactly perfect makes the $363 a piece seems almost reasonable LoL. I just got all them fitted last night and now the sanding and finishing. BTW.... What are the factory slats painted with? Can you still see the wood gain or are they perfectly smooth? I'll post a picture later I can't figure how to post from my iPad.

Thanks for the detailed pics. I'm leaning towards cleared carbon fiber. Maybe I'll make two sets, 1 set normal and the other Carbon.

Scan of original window sticker

Does anyone out there have an original window sticker for an 89 Factory Slant Nose coupe? I doesn't hurt to try!

I am trying to make a replica of the one my car would of had.

On edit>>>>>>

Wow don't know how I missed this!

No affiliation but looks amazing! I have been googling window sticker replica for years and never found anything for Porsche.

I am buying so I will "take one for the team" I will post the final product.

Need some help on my headlight motor. During a complete tub up restoration - PO had some wires cut and missing lines.

Where does the Red/Green wire go to from the headlight motor? Trying to find wiring diagrams - with no luck.

Thanks in advance

Mark

The texture on mine is the same as Tt surgeons but I have a fan in front of the cooler..Is that normal for a 89 factory slant or is it something possibly installed
after?

Chris
Looks like my slats are composite of some sort..which need some repainting.
