89 Was the only year the slants had the oil cooler fan parallel to the cooler vs under it.

Here our host has it listed as from 89 there is another part number for 87-88.
The one in the illustration is the non 89.

Pelican Parts - Product Information: OEM-93020791200

Here is a photo from mine before I painted the slats.

The Eagle has landed!Im the proud 3rd owner of this BEAST!True 505 car.Just got back from a late night blast acroos the bay,we had some rain so the weather was nice and cool and she screams! The 18" wheels are bit tuff to get used to as she feels unstable with them, but none the less, shes a beautiful car and im grateful to have her!
Will get some better pics in the morning!!

Thanks for that pic. I bought a spare a few years back and it had this fan also.

Yes, they are real carbon. If you look (i know it's a crappy pic) the grain on each slat is unique. No slat looks like each other because the way the carbon is pulled during the layup. I would never use wrap. I could do a run of them but i would need the originals so a proper mold can be made. I made these from scratch, as my fenders are custom made as well. The shape and size of the flares are not factory. This is why I would need a set of originals or the car to build them from scratch.

Thanks guys!
If anyone wants a set PM me. I would need the original slats just to pull a mold off them. So they fit exactly the same. They would be completely unharmed and would be returned in the condition they came. I could even refinish them with urethane or acrylic, and sent back along with the carbon slats.

You bought a spare Slant for parts... Cool. Any spare parts left? I am looking to either get a new oem trunk carpet or repair my old one. The PO cut slits in it to run amp wiring. I have an aftermarket carpet in it now but its not the same. I can still order a new oem from Porsche but the price is crazy.

Thanks!

Not a spare car but a spare cooler. One of my friends in California had bought one and I bought it from him.

You may check with LAPD. They had a couple of wrecked slants awhile back.

I have another factory 87 slant that I still need a few parts for also.

Option Codes

Hi guys, new to this board with a question on option prices - I have an '89 with a lot of X-code stuff (leather covering a variety of items) and I'm trying to re-construct the sticker price for the car, does anybody out there have a source for X-code options, or a sticker for a car that has these options and pricing? '88 and '87 cars would work too as a rough estimate. Thanks a ton!

I just found a great source for reproduction window stickers. Very Very nice people, Porsche owners as well. Up until a few weeks ago the window sticker was all I was missing on my 89 Not anymore.

I will try to post some pictures later, I bought a framed version and a laminated one. Killer job.

J930, no prices on the COA, and interesting, none of the X-code items listed either. 1986911, those are the guys I'm working with, missing several line item prices though, pretty rare stuff I guess....

I thought if anyone had it, it would be them. Can you post the items and options codes?
