1991 C2 Turbo deal????on ebay

Twelve hours to go and no bids. 89,000 miles and $30k buy now. Looks great except for the 19in aftermarket wheels. Same color as Christine which may not be universally of interest, but condition looks good and its in Palmdale. I think it would be tough to get a project car completed for that kind of dough. If I didn't have so many projects this would be a better deal. What do you guys think?

If you couldnt take the color you could repaint it and dye the interior ( or buy a used black interior). I would never get over the color myself, but the car seems to be a good one.

That color combo definitely demands the right buyer come along.
One of eight of eight too many.

I like that color! However, that is also what is making it hard to sell. That car has been listed for the past few months and still has not sold.

Ha, all I saw was the color listed on the ad and I knew which car you meant. Did not need to see the picture. Yeah that car is definitely available, it never has got any bids when I saw it these past few months.

This is the fundamental problem right now with assigning value to porsches. Only very clean, low mileage, and rare models get bidding anywhere close to the asking price. The rest simply don't sell.

How to place a value on an item which does not sell? Very subjective these days.

The exterior color could be tolerable with a tan or black interior and grape accents. To have both a purple exterior and purple interior throws it all over the top. Why did they make that color combo? Seriously, any ideas where that idea came from?
