No, but a pretty funny guesstimation. It was hung there days prior to hide all the CRAP behind it for the bday party (I suffer badly from TMS... Too Much SHiiT Syndrome), then moved aside as I musta needed something.

Na, I have no shame in my marque's of choice. Proud of all my beoch's 'n ho's...

I was also wondering about the colored ribbon. We all like to celebrate the ownership of our cars, but jeez meng!
Actually, I picked up a 24" Porsche badge that's on my garage wall, and I have a huge Porsche flag hanging in my office. I'm the IT guy and there's enough geek stuff in here.

EDIT: Mad props for the LEGO! It's where we all learned how to make/break stuff!

Looks like someone over there is still trying to burn a candle for the old days:

Centerlocks??? Now we're talking. Definately moving BACK in the right direction.

Notice how they dresses Walter up in a 'Martini' racing suit in the promo vid? There is literally no limit to how low or cheesy Porsche marketing will go.

However, these cars lead me to believe there may be hope yet.

wow, thanks justin! that is really refreshing to see!! did i read weight savings and a LSD on the new cayman clubsport? what? i think that is a solid move in the right direction.
and a gt3 with centerlocks, this is very exciting

to be honest if you hadnt posted that i would have over looked anything cayman in a mag or article, i'm always dissapointed when reading about most cars when the highlight is the breakthrough in the new satnav, or whatever..

I am sorry but that Cayman is shaped like a duck hunting hat.

Why the #@$#@$%#@$% didn't they just keep the Carrera GT styling of the original mid engine?

Seriously retarded.

997GT3 may be the only contemporary Stuttgart product for which I have any desire.
Cayman IMHO is a bloated whale of proportions, and that orange is just wrong on that car.

The new 2011 Cayman Bavarian Special Wishes model.

For only $89,000. Features a large computer in the dashboard and fulltime electronic nanny control.

The engine has been extensively and thoroughly re-worked and now features 302.6 horsepower. The special PSMPDQ transmission shifts upside down because you can't handle the truth...

And finally a complimentary Official Licensced Porsche Portable Toaster with matching colors is included with every purchase.

Kris, this is actually quite a profound statement.

Being that Porsche is now such a huge and financially profitable company, like Honda, it now has to produce cars that appeal to the largest number of unimaginative, workaday consumers. Ironically, for the sake of continued massive profits and sales, it cannot afford to alienate any customer except one; it's core enthusiasts (like us) which now make up a small portion of it's sales unlike when it was a smaller company. Hence, bland styling, which doesn't offend anyone, appeals to the joe country-cluber and females just enough to let people know the have a 'Poorsh', but is not too 'testosteroned' or 'threatening' (read feminine), ie; doesn't make any of us go 'wow'

But hey, that's what tuners are for and why we build the cars we do here.
