+1!

Absolutely beautiful example Steve. U have a LOT of fun times ahead of you in that car. I have only driven a 996tt once when considering a buy, and it was stock. I would dig hearing how your nicely modded tt compares to your new ride. When u get a chance, you should do a dyno run on her just to see where u are before 'moditis' sets in.

The sound of my new car is truly intoxicating. It sounds so much better than the 996. I can only imagine what an aftermarket exhaust must sound like. I am off to get a clear bra installed.

We had GHL dual outs put on a few years ago. I/we still get compliments on the sound (bad/tough/throaty...etc.). Puts a smile on our face...i love the sound. This spring the B&B headers are being changed out (exhaust leak). The 930 want / need list is a continuing project...but i'm not complaining.

Good luck w/ your plans & projects.~~

Steve....

I remember when you were going back and forth about this car and filtering comments etc...
I see you pulled the trigger.. congratulations and welcome!

I'm sure that you had a good experience with Exotic Car Transport as well... they delivered a couple of cars for me in the past and I was very pleased with their service.. hope you were too!

Enjoy..!

Yep, Exotic Car Transport did a great job. Delivered on time and the truck driver called me and gave me his cell phone number and said to call him anytime for updated on where he was.

Steve,

Sweet, Sweet, Sweet !!!!

You made me chuckle out loud when you said you had to keep running out to
look at it. I've owned "The Old Sled" for about 20 years or so and I still do it.
You may be a "real" 930 guy. Enjoy !!!!

Cole

I have thought about that. I am just worried that it may be too loud. There are times that I have to leave for work late at night and could wake up the whole neighborhood. I wish I could here one in person.

If that is too loud for you then you don't want a zork...its pretty close to the same sound as I heard one at the shop in Van Nuys.

Zork is quite loud - I shut mine off and coast down the hill and driveway to my house at night.
Early a.m. startups for track days make me cringe......sleeping neighbors on a weekend.
