Its a P-car dealer. They probably used the mark-up in the sold car to put towards the margin in the used. they will drop the price below market value if its been sitting for awhile.

Its kind of like a forclosure in your neighborhood (happening all too often right now). Don't use that one house to estimate the value of yours.

For and '89 I would say YES! Maybe a fair price for a '86-'88 but not for an '89.

I would say its a mixed bag at $33K. Wrong wheels but better tire choices with the later wheels. NO SPORT SEATS, how about limited slip? Color combo is average( or at least subjective ). 59 K miles puts it high for " low miles" miles example. The last year (89) hype ( 5 speed ) is nice, especially if you drive in town a lot but does add weight. Lots of HP and torque are a great antidote. On the positive side Seattle is a great place for cars to remain well preserved.

The car is in Liberty Lake, which is near Spokane, just a few miles from the Washington/Idaho border. Maybe 5 hours drive from Seattle.

Eastern Washington might as well be a different state from Western Washington, in many ways, not least of which is climate. Much harsher on the east side of the Cascades (although I don't think they use a lot of salt in Spokane, either so that would help...)

I like the outside color and the wheels fine. Might lower the car a bit more, just cosmetically. Not a huge fan of super light interiors, though.

The dealer is looking at the fact it is not a stock car, wheels, wing , and who knows what else.
