Also have Innovate digital

I would say it is the same all over....

Ideal settings:

1) Idle/cruise when warm: mid 14's
2) WOT: 11.9-12.0

This should be a consensus. The trouble with CIS is that you will be able to dial in the #1 but when you are in WOT you will go to 10.1 or 9.9. If you go to lean, then you will always be too lean unless you are in WOT. I tend to go normal on #1 knowing that I will be pig rich at WOT because I know it is safer. Can anybody with CIS chime in here if I'm wrong or can adjust?

If you are running EFI then you will have multiple options and ranges that you prefer no matter what RPM you are in.

Hope this helps, best of luck.

Bryan
