I'd be up for a turbo meetup. I have my car ready to drive this time around so only weather will be a factor.

@Mark Houghton I would def be interested in a Pacific North West location or somewhere that would be truly memorable. Life is about adventures. Would need notice to allow for all wheel bearing checks, belts, etc. prior to driving that far.

Maybe could figure out some sort of gumball rally method to get everyone across the country (in either direction) - without violating laws and putting people at risk

^^^ You definitely don't want to miss experiencing a turbo meetup. It's worth the driving. You'd consider coast to coast driving...mad props to you if you do it and to others who have done it.

Some of us are still around, still have our 930s.. and still haven't put them back together! WTF?

Yeah,.. read the signature line!

Anyway, I'm thinking it would be nice to do one connected to another event... say like Petit Le Mans @ Road Atlanta in Oct?

Yeah, been too busy w/regular job. and then everyone else's project too... though the cup cars have been fun.. although back to Porsche factory spec is very time consuming. Thankfully, like you, I've had other stuff to drive.. but I do miss the Turbo!

I'm hopeful you southerner's and westerner's pull something off in your locale's... it is f'n *so great* to hoist a bier and turn a wheel (er, simultaneous?) in anger together with these fellow LOONS here. Such great fun, so just not right.
Paul, Lakes Region NH. Town called Sandwich. 10 miles awy from Club Motorsport.

Paulio... great to see you here again. Awesome work there on the cup cars. Not so awesome work there on... you car. Ugh! Come ON, brutha! 8-)

Jakester, nicely done. Yours or friends? Never know w/ you, and tough to keep track lol. See you've been busy buying bikes there again too eh? Kewl. I'm srsly thinking about getting one this spring. We'll see. And Benzo's... welcome to the Dark Side. Just got wifely into our 8th... oy.

Shadey... hope you've been swell, great to hear from ya.

I'm not in for anything coast to coast, but certainly would do another drive to the mid-Atlantic area again.

Hoping to hoist one or 17 witchyous all here again - great times together w/ you all, always!

Oooh, I'm still here, mostly lurking, and thanx for the kudos. Keeping busy w/too many projects as usual. So my cousin got his first Porsche complete with small engine fire.. been helping him "over-restore" it in what little spare time I've had.. it should be a beauty.. (i'll send you a link as get some pics sorted) but you're right.. gonna have to scratch my itch soon and get my arse back under my own hood!

Glad to see most of the guys still here..
