Does sound extreme, it's a 997TT engine I think, I would love to read the article and hear more about it. The dude that built it is a member here.

by the look of the setup i'm pretty sure it didn't make 1440hp. prove it not on paper but down the black 1320 foot dyno please don't tell me it's just a road race car i don't care for E.T. JUST MPH. my car is a street car-road race- drag race-mile race. sorry talk is cheap in this business everyone claims hi numbers. there a 997 he says 1500 hp it goes 10.4@ 148mph and it's not spinning. sorry i call it like it is, i don't sugar coat it. lol people don't know and believe anything on forums. i just made 2000hp NOT you is my point. SHALOM TO ALL

Eddie, the speed you are getting in your car over a standing mile is frankly mental!! I've watched most of the vids that have appeared of you doing your runs, and it looks like you are struggling for traction/control the whole run...... Do you think you can actually go any quicker and stick with two wheel drive? What would you do, boost specific setting for each gear to keep it in a straight line? What is your ultimate speed goal with the car?
Good to see you posting here, you've got quite a following ![]()

You love hillsong?! I wouldn't have guessed you were religious, yep Chad Reed is a legend. I still find this hard to believe, we have all been talking Eddie Bello for years and now you're posting here, it's very cool, hope you stick around.

250mph in a standing mile would be an astounding achievement for an air-cooled porker, i've only had mine up around 190 and it felt pretty hairy..... another 60mph on top...... doesn't bare thinking about!!
When will you be ready to run the next mile?
