Indeed ... this pic was inspired by the T2 parking lot party.

Bill - thanks and thanks to everyone else as well I hope the tow truck was just for show...I tell you what, its proof that engineers are secretly designing ultimate beer coasters that double as aerodynamic aids...

LOL!

Well Gabe, it wasn't quite the tribute to u that we had hoped for, but a fitting one nonetheless, as everyone that remembers T2 would agree It truly is amazing what great beer tables these engine decklids/wings make.....

Anyway, we all wish you and Blackie could have joined us for what was another truly great Turbopalooza weekend. There were, as Paul says, the 'usual' suspects, and then a few more.

First off, Pete, aka 'Flamemaster' thanks for organizing things and picking such an absolutely incredible route. Dont worry about feeling like it was 'unorganized'... this thing we call Turbopalooza always has a life of it's own onced placed in motion, and everything just seems to happen as it should.

Paul, thanks for all the great pix and allowing me to ride shotgun on Sunday after my Carrera's alternator self-destructed while trying to keep up with the pace all the Turbo's were setting. Those shots of Pete's and everyone's cars were great.

Brad, it's hard not to fall in love with your new ride (hey, even if it needs two turbos to keep up with the 930's single), that car is so damn good it's nutz!!!

Frankie, the 'iron butt' of Turbopalooza this year for driving the distance. Glad to c ya again bro. Next time, its 'Moroso and Marlin' @T4

Miguel and Vic, the dynamic duo (thanks for letting me 'borrow' ur AAA!)

Andy, thanks for opening up Speedwerks again for us and showing me what a mini can do.

But enough blah, blah, here are some of my pix

Sat morning, about to hop. Yeah, the Noble looks even better up close

Cruising to meet the rest of the gang

Holy Cow... Miguel really does drive the chocolate rocket!

Can u think of better sights and sounds in the morning?

These cars don't play well with others

Turbopalooza 'virgins' John, Vic and their immaculate Jerry Wood's built and set-up 3.5 from CT about to have their cherries busted..

No Andy, it's too late to get out of Pete's car now

On the way to the first stage of the road race... i mean route.

All that most people ever saw of us that day...

At speed...DAMMIT, where's my boost!!!

'I eat vettes, ricers, and leaves for breakfast'

WOW! This just never happens at Turbopalooza!

Thank god someone came prepared...Paul u get the Boy Scout award, as u had everything in there but a towtruck!

How many Pelicans does it take to remember the flat-6 firing order?

Which two of these is not like the others?

Is that the sound of my alternator bearing begging for mercy? Nah, probably just the creaking of my worn out suspension being pushed way past it's limits...

Mmmmmmm... waycool pix Paul / Justin - looks like gooooooooood tiiiiiiiiiiimes again. NOICE.

Miguel... expressing exactly how fantacularly orgasmic that color lights up to under good sunlight is umpossible. Wow. Wowow. Great to see you there again being yerself - a happy being in his element you are.

Petey... UDAMAN for executing - the foliage kicked arse and you had poifect weather to boot. Sounds like some sinistery ensued... exxxxxcellent. I know nuthin'. Dude and your flammage is sobeyond uber. FOOK I wanty! Hell that yeller is so photogenic - shoots nicely.

Citrus, glad to see CT representin' 8-). Betchya enjoyed yerself. Jerry Woods' engine? Killer. Funny I just learned his brother Ron is in my other world (Audi //S cars), has an //S8 like mine - I'm running his former BBSs actually heh heh. Jerry Woods! Your car sure is purty.

Justin... d'oh... turboPALOOZA's conspiring against you and your cars's. Petey you too for that matter. >*love it*< HA!

I dig how you can nearly hear many of them pics - simply bark out atchya. Really cool.

Now... describe the sounds and smells of Nobel yes...

Ms Vik here postin' on Citrus' log-in.
Can't thank you enough for an AWESOME time. Anyone ever want to go on a ride with these guys in the future, you better be willing to RIDE HARD. Pete, where did you get the power to open the roads, get the best weather ever & redirect the cops to some other part of the state??? What a way to lose my virginity! (and I was only a passenger!)
Excellent group of people. Love the pix & videos. Next time, I'm going to be behind the wheel........... and come chugging along picking up the pieces.

Paul, I can't seem to get through a weekend without breaking somthing, I think Brad even made the comment at some point during my roadside valve adjustment "Pete broke somthing, can you believe that" haha.

Vickie, glad you and John had an awesome time! We really lucked out on the weather and the 5.0 situation. Be sure and let us know when ya'll get that beast on the track and take lots of pics! I was trying to do a trackday for okturbofest but I put it together at the last minute and no open tracks we're available.

Wow, the weather looked perfect in the pics and videos! That flaming zork looked great in one of the video. I bet you scare lots of non-930 drivers when flaming. lol.

Looking forward to attending T4.
