Hey Jim at least you took it out to the track... I would let too many people in on this but I loved the early 5.0 Stangs.

Pk Thank you for the kind words. Yeah she's a hoot. I'll probably cannabalize her in a couple of years to build a Factory Five Roadster, but we'll see.

Yours was truly beautiful and that had to hurt...Better times are ahead my friend. The porsche brotherhood I have met on this board and when out in the turbo are second to none. I have had members send me a part, on their shipping dime, when in need. You are in good company here.

Nice Jim…I have always been a Mustang fan off/on through the years, depending on style years. What no Mullet in the pic? j/k

pkracer21j, that was one nice looking Stang! Sorry to see...

A true story…A friend and I drove my MIL’s Stang (a 2000 with 2.5k miles on it) to San Diego 4 yrs ago to look at my soon to
purchase 930. On the way back getting gas, we noticed the rear license plate frame said “Red Hot Grandma”. We immediately
drive to a Auto Zone in Irvine, bought a screwdriver and removed it. (I have pics if need be)

We were wondering why LA drivers were honking and waving for 2 days, guess we looked like a couple of fancy guys

BOT: Good luck all with your OKTURBOFEST!

I've always like mustangs. 60's fastbacks are my favorites. Had a 69 fastback I bought from the original owner. Needed lots of work and I did it all. Wish I had pix of it.

Parts are CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP and you can make them handle if you do it right.

BUT they just aren't a Porsche are they?

Europe was awesome, but damn, missed that BOOST.

Adjusting valves and changing brake fluid this weekend.

BTW, talked to Chris Deluca last nite (the guy with the beautiful white 934 replica in Greenville, SC). He just finished a full respray and some new graphics, and plans on trailering it up friday or sat.
