Wow great job. You were ahead of the curve back there in '09 when you decided to restore these cars. You have yourself one valuable well sorted car.

Really nice job - definitely needs some shark fins, though (looks "wrong" without them)!

i have a set of sharks fins but i can't seem to get them lined up so i've given up!

i actually kinda the cleaner look without also.

It didn't have sharks fins when it left the factory so I prefer the correct look too!!

^^^ I did not know that and thought that all of them got the fender guards/shark fins when produced. So Porsche sold some of them like that knowing that the rear fenders would almost immediately get pulverized by rocks and road debris? I'm really surprised by that!

A lot of the early turbos didn't have them. By the time the 3.3 came along I think they all had them though.

Almost. It has a new dash, reconditioned gauges, new carpets, new door cards and pockets and new headlining but I'm still looking for a pair of correct tombstone recaros which will be recovered in pinstripe velour
