Initially, I don't see anything wrong with the turbo. The oil doesn't seem to be coming from the turbo. As for rebuild time, its impossible to tell with a picture and if its a Garrett ball bearing center section, even experienced Porsche techs have a rough time since the compressor/turbine wheel feels sloppy and loose. The hybrid part of the description could mean different hot and cold sides from whomever put the turbo together. Good luck.
