ertech,

Other than the G50/50 on your 89-930 you should still be dealing with the Dilivars as well. I have an 87 and just replaced all mine during a rebuild with steel studs. I would do the same if you are rebuilding (even just the top end) since you will be right in that area.

I believe the height is 135mm long from the base. I can double check if you need that info.

Bryan

x98boardwell:

Were any of your studs broken when you removed them? Did you ever use any kind of engine cleaner on your engine?

Studs

I purchased them from Walt at Competition Engineering. He is a great guy and he sells a great product. They are also less expensive than ARP but the same quality.

"Competition Engineering - Expert Porsche Machining for 44 years"

If you call him, leave a message and he will call you back within a day or so.

Best of luck,
Bryan
