Need more info. 911 Targa Sportomatic RHD.

Hi quite recently i came across an ad on the net for this car. Since its local i thought i might as well look further into it.

But before i do take the next steps I would like some second opinions. I am planning to get my first porsche and I am into restoration so i was looking forward to a challenge.

I'd like to know:

1. Is this price way to much?
2. Do models like these really exist or is this a conversion? (Tried Google-ing but limited info)
3. What would a road worthy one cost?
