Tricky Value Question

I'm getting ready to sell my grey market 83 930 slant nose and have no idea of the value in todays market. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Here's the facts:

-Car's in San Francisco
-The Arizona title's signed over to the guy I bought it from who was in San Diego area
-75k miles
-No smog equipment so I hear getting into CA DMV will be a nightmare.
-Not a factory slope nose
-Real Euro 930
-Black int / black ext
-Factory steel fenders with Mazda motors
-Fiberglass boxed rockers
-Body and paint are a 7.5 out of 10 - great looking 10' car
-Interior is 7 out of 10
-AC isn't hooked up (no belt or charge)
-Engine's rebuilt but I have limited paperwork to prove it
-1 bar spring
-SC cams
-Euro intake and exhaust
-Fresh tranny and LSD rebuild by Wevo
-Lower geared ring and pinion
-9&11X17 3 piece cup I's w/ 245 and 315's
-Seats from a similar year 911 (power seats w/ no power)
-Stereo sucks
-Front mounted oil cooler (930S valence) - runs cool
-May need shifter coupler/bushings - somewhat sloppy shifter
-Has sunroof

Thanks All-
