The digital picture exif data with camera model, date, time, f stop, GPS coordinates and alot more are all still in this image file.

The time was: 2009-11-08 02:01:23

It can be read in photoshop or the free download opanda exif reader and other programs.
I could paste all the exif data but that would be too weird.

Frank - the hoodies are up on the site under Outer Wear. They have the small logo on the chest pocket and a large logo on the back for men and women.

For now, we have updated the Blog to capture part of the Blackbird's journey back to NC for a retune and for some FG related boobies in terms of the new nose art that i've had commissioned. Enjoy brothers!

Finally a place to call home , subscribed with interest.I have not re joined my local PCA because they just dont understand what drives us.Too much wine tasting and black tie affairs. I want the smell of race gas and hearing loss that comes with enjoying one of these special cars.I love seeing my girlfriends sweat outline left in a racing seat when she gets out of the hot a** car with no a/c. I would have it no other way. If there is anything I can do to help just let me know.......Ben

Glad u guys are diggin stuff so far.

Gabe and i would like to throw several things out and see if you would be interested.

First, we have the ability to do 'custom' posters with the FunfGruppen logo. If you want to email a favorite shot of your baby (in jpeg or png format), we can do her up in a poster with the logo, similar to the ones on the FG site store.

Second, custom 'nose art' (similar to what Gabe has shown and Che currently has on his ride) will be available through Gabriel's artisit connection. I will let him elaborate further.

Third and finally, anyone up for a calender? We were thinking of using either 'lingere testers' or if you guys can talk your girlfriends/wives into posing in FG wear in front of your rides, we will do a mix of the two and come up with a great calender for 2011.

Example of said photo for calender use from prior thread:

You get the idea... all in favor say 'aye'

CALENDAR IDEA:
I think we need to shoot a straight on rear end view of Gabe's beast, with some smokin' hot babe bending over the back like she's "servicing" the engine...

Can we also get that butt shot taken during a dyno run with flames shootin' out of the exhaust between our model's legs?

Ahem...would you consider having another set of calenders showing just cars (ie, no girlie thing)? Sure, I love a woman...that's my wife.

Badges and Stickers

I have had some guys ask me about FG badges and stickers, and the answer is YES.

One of my interests is in German fighter planes of WW2 and their insignia. During the war, the 'Gruppen' of each air wing (Jagdgeschwader, or 'JG') had it's own personal symbol or logo, usually chosen or designed by the flight commander at the time. Explained here

http://www.lesbutler.ip3.co.uk/jg26/26emblms.htm

There were literally hundreds, used as a way of expressing the individuality of each fighter group. Some examples:

Examples of placement

These images had NOTHING to do with Hitler or Nazi germany, but were the personal symbols of the men who flew their planes... basically a symbol of the 'Gruppen'

As such, Gabe and I are designing a FunfGruppen ' Jagdgeschwader' (JG-FG?) logo which will be similar in style to one of the above, except with a 935 silhouette, and other details. Sooo, as i have said before, stay tuned!!!

BTW, on another note, since we are talking about history, JG-style emblems were used by Porsche on the 908/3's in the 70/71 Targa florios as a way to distinguish between the cars in it's 'Jagdgeschwader' for timing/scoring purposes...
