IC on eBAY

These don't pop up for sale too often. Good starting price.

If you're looking for a larger IC, take a look (I have no affiliation with the sale of this item, just passing it on).

Thats a short neck Garretson with cast aluminum end tanks.
They are very good quality and bolt right on a stock car with a 1" rubber bushing and flat washer under the mounting flange on the throttle body side and a different air shroud in the tail.
Garretson also made the same intercooler for Andial.

I currently have the long neck version of the same intercooler.
I also put generic push on plastic door edge protection stuff on where the completely squished rubber edge seal was.

which is better... long neck or short neck? Don't want to hijack... just want to learn.

Long neck necessary if you've done the stock boost recirculation manifold delete thing in favor of a later style BOV valve. Or, do the hack-and-weld that I plan on to adapt my short neck to the manifold delete scenario.

Otherwise, short vs. long neck....same performance level.

interesting. I picked up the long kneck version built for Andial off the board. It is in perfect condition and included an aftermarket BOV in the deal.

I bid on it. He has a BIN for 800 bucks. I think that its a bit to much for it. What is a reasonable price for the unit? Thanks.

I think I ended up paying something like $700 or $750 used for my B&B years ago.

I paid $500 for mine with the BOV off of pelican. A very fair price. Mine is the long neck Andial as I stated before. It is a very well made piece. I would rather a full bay IC but this will have to do for now. It also had a air temp sensor included in the outlet.
