88 930 ad with price

Hey guys,

Well, here is the link for the ad:
SEGAL Motorcar: PORSCHE
It's the 4th last car at the bottom of the screen (1988 black 930).
It is a Canadian car with 84,000km on it (52,500 miles). I think there's a reson none of this guys cars have their prices listed...guess what this guy is asking for this car???

$49,000! Am I nuts or does this seem like WAY too much?

28-30K would be about 32-34KCDN. I still think this guy is nuts for the asking price.
Maybe a trip to the US would be in order to find a nice 930 then.

Wurls, Segal has ALWAYS been high on his prices but he seems to turn them around (slowly..). About 3 years ago, I saw an 89 turbo targa for sale from there (he was at rmauctions at the international center) and he was asking 49 (or more) if I recall. About a year or so later, I saw it at G-Tek auto being serviced, so someone is obviously buying them.

Despite the VERY high price, they are extremely clean and almost showroom cars. I do agree though, prices are ridiculous.

I bought almost the identical car, color, same wheels, steering wheel, miles, ect for under 30K US. Mine is an 87.
