In the past, these wheels have been manufacutred for RUF by Avus and Speedline. Anyone know who is manufacturing them for RUF now?

here in germany is a set for sale, no affiliation:

Porsche 911 RUF FELGEN 10x17 + 9x17 Alufelgen CTR bei eBay.de: Felgen (endet 15.02.10 14:37:06 MEZ)

these are wheels which need some attention to make them perfect,
as we say here, a wheel doctor. ( item describtion)
For my taste the price don`t fits, wheel doctor + new paint will
bring them to 3k+ Euro approx 4K $US.

* it seems these Ruf speedlines get more and more rare.
I have a buddy who is searching two 9x17 fronts for a while now.
Meanwhile he would buy a set, but not for the above price.
If someone has two 9x17 for sale, pm please,
Don`t worry, i have a US shipping adress.

Falk

I just saw 2 brand new fronts on ebay not a few days ago. I think they wanted $1500 for them.

Was today informed by a RAC e-mail that RUF 17" wheels for 930 fitment are no longer in production and that the RAC website is showing part numbers for these wheels as reference material only.

The fronts are 235/45/17's, and are too big to retain the washer bottle, the arches needed rolling too.
The rears are 285/40/17's, i had the stock spacer machined down to 15mm, otherwise they fit without issue

yikes, your 235's are too big? I just ordered 245 45/17's for the front and 315 35/17's rear for my 17 x 9's and 11's. Although I think your car is lower than mine I won't mind ditching the washer bottle.... rolling the arches sounds a bit scarrrrryyyyy

oh, don't worry that you sit ans stare at it. I can't walk by mine without running my fingers over her wide hips...........

oh, what were we talking about?

I think you'll have problems with those front tires, i've even had to cut a little from the back of the spoiler as the tire was rubbing when turning.
I tried to get away with not rolling the arches but i was starting to shred the tires. Rolling the arches is no problem, a body shop can do it while you wait, nothing to worry about at all
