Gt35r

Is anybody using 1.06 A/R housing on their GT35R? What is your boost onset and power?
I am trying to decide between .82 and 1.06 hot side. The engine is built 3.6 , 7.5CR, EFI, usual bolt ons. Would like to make power to 7500rpm, 600whp.
Thnx

You might have to call one of their distributors for an answer. TIAL has a couple of guys who hot rod Porsches and are engineers - they might have an answer for you.

1.06 Is a huge housing that will be great for 1 mile + runs my vote is for the .82.

Thanks. I am new to 911T, but that turbo makes 20psi at 4000rpm on 2.5 l Subaru STi. If you adjust for engine size and lower VE of our engines , you should be getting at least 1 bar around 3000rpm. I could live with that.

I would check with a real expert. If your power band if from 6000-7500rpm you may need the larger hot housing or a lot of wast gate capacity.

The good thing is I think you can buy your turbo and a second hot housing and try both configurations.
